Membership Qualifications
1. Visitation Requirement
- Applicants must complete at least three (3) visits.
- Applicants are encouraged to get to know current members (members wear name necklaces for easy identification).
2. Star Ranch Member Signatures
- Three (3) Star Ranch member signatures are required.
- At least one (1) signature must be from a current Council member.
3. Criminal Background Check & Fees
- A criminal background check is required for each adult listed on the application and is conducted by C.O.G., Inc.
- Background checks must be dated within six (6) months of the Council interview date for each adult applicant.
- Each adult applicant agrees to pay the current applicable non-refundable background check fee(s), if required.
4. Required Documentation
- Submit a completed and current membership application.
- Include a copy of a valid driver's license for each adult applicant.
5. Acknowledgment of Rules and Responsibilities
- Applicant(s) confirm they have read and understand the rules and regulations governing conduct at Star Ranch.
- Applicant(s) acknowledge an understanding of the rights and privileges associated with membership in the Sahnoans.
- Applicant(s) agree to comply with all club rules, policies, procedures, and standards of conduct.
- Applicant(s) are encouraged to visit Policies & Rules or inquire with the Front Office for additional information regarding rules, policies, and member responsibilities.
6. Interview & Membership Fees
- The assigned Council member will contact the prospective applicant(s) to schedule an interview.
- Upon approval and selection for membership, applicant(s) will be required to pay the applicable Gold or Silver membership fee.
Important Notice: Incomplete applications or missing documentation may result in delays or denial of membership approval.
Gold Membership – $535.84/year (includes tax)
- Gate fees included for your entire family all year
- Opportunity to become a shareholder
- Lease and rental opportunities for RV sites & Cabin sites
Silver Membership – $428.67/year (includes tax)
- Gate fees included for the entire year
- Rental opportunities for RV sites and cabin sites (Lease is not available for Silver Members)
