I would like to thank Star Ranch staff, residents, and visitors for welcoming me and the friendship extended me over the past three months as a "Winter Texan"! I arrived as a guest and left as a friend and/or "family". Many opportunities were there for me to participate in if desired, or to have my private time as needed. I have been to resorts, campgrounds, and beaches from New Jersey to California, from Wisconsin to Florida, and many other locations within this country. I have been to places with more upscale buildings, paved roads, and maybe nicer amenities, but this has been my favorite location to visit and it is because of the many wonderful people here. My wife and I love it there. Its so relaxing and the people are very friendly. I love that they have an indoor heated pool by the hot tub.
