While the hot tub is wonderful any time of day, there’s something magical about an evening soak under the Texas sky. Count the stars, enjoy the peaceful night air, and let the warm water melt your stress away. It’s also the perfect way to warm up on cooler mornings!
Hot Tub Etiquette
• Please shower before entering to keep the water clean for everyone
• Be mindful of others and keep conversations at a comfortable volume
• Glass containers are not permitted in or around the hot tub area
Opening the Hot Tub Cover
Unbuckle all the safety straps around the perimeter of the cover.
The cover has three sections. Lift off the smaller front panel nearest the entrance and set it aside.
The remaining two panels work like a traditional bi-fold cover. Fold the front section back onto the rear section along the center hinge.
Grip the manual pivot bar and use it to lift the folded cover up and over, resting it securely behind the hot tub.
When you’re finished soaking, simply reverse these steps. Please always replace the cover to keep the water clean and maintain temperature!

What is Pétanque?
Pétanque (pronounced “pay-tonk”) is a traditional French boules game that originated in Provence over a century ago. Players toss hollow metal balls (boules) toward a small wooden target ball called the “cochonnet” (little pig). The goal is simple: get your boules closer to the cochonnet than your opponent. It’s part skill, part strategy, and all fun!

How to Play
Stand in the Box
Stand in the throwing box — both feet must stay inside when throwing
Toss the Cochonnet
Throw the small target ball 6-10 meters away to start the round
Throw Your Boules
Take turns tossing your boules, trying to land closest to the cochonnet
Score Points
Score 1 point for each boule closer than your opponent’s nearest — first to 13 wins!

- Shooting — Throw harder to knock away an opponent’s boule

Washers is a classic outdoor toss game popular throughout Texas and the South. Players take turns throwing metal washers at a target box or cup, aiming to land them in or near the hole for points. It’s simple to learn, highly addictive, and perfect for a relaxed afternoon of friendly competition.

How to Play
Pick a Field
Choose one of our 4 washer fields — each has sand-filled boxes with centered cups
Take Your Position
Stand next to one box and aim for the opposite box’s cup
Toss Your Washers
Each player throws 3 washers per round, alternating throws with your opponent
Score Points
In the cup = 5 points, lapping the rim = 3 points, closest = 1 point each
Scoring Breakdown
- Cupper (5 points) — Your washer lands inside the center cup
- Lapper (3 points) — Your washer lands on and laps over the cup rim
- Closest (1 point each) — Each of your like-colored washers closest to the cup
- Off the Box (0 points) — Washer lands outside the box entirely
- Cancellation scoring — Only the difference in points counts each round
